Located just behind our distillery, our farm grows herbs for liqueur making-French Tarragon, Lemon Verbena, Lavender, Cardoons, Rosemary, Thyme, Germander, and much more to keep specific taste requirements at our fingertips.
When you visit us, your tour includes an educational overview and sensory experience of our herbs.
The Farm at Villa Sant'Andrea
Located outside the ancient walls of Cortona in Tuscany, we produce Olive Oil, and grow a rare variety of Sour Cherry, the Visciole di Cantiano, as well as artichokes, and olive leaves and Myrtle that are incorporated in our liqueur making.
Certified E. U. Biological, the farm also grows Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that have also been certified Vegan.
