VICARIO Herbal Amaro Liqueur
An herbal alchemy of 31 different plants and spices, some which are grown on our own farm, and harvested with scrupulous selection of only the most redolently aromatic parts of each herb, VICARIO creates a liqueur with no botanical dominating the others. A confident but delicate bouquet brings forth angelica, hyssop, and juniper to this amaro with a particular herbal aroma. Hints of lemon zest with subtle notes of nutmeg, sage and thyme offer the ability to convert cocktails to sublime creations or to sip satisfyingly on its own after dinner.
